This hotel suits me perfectly, providing free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and an amazing infinity pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me find a better taxi. I highly recommend this place! I'm coming back for Christmas!

Awesome staff and views!

The staff was super helpful! They gave us a new room and discounts after hearing about the noise – so nice! 😄 The views from our room were stunning, and the pool area is beautiful with an infinity pool. Only thing was the slow elevators which were kinda annoying, especially during peak times.

Group Stay with a Local Vibe

The moment we checked in, the staff was beyond helpful. I can't stop thinking about the very nice food, especially the local specialties in the hotel eateries, I had so many Cuban sandwiches I lost count.

It wasn't exactly affordable but you get what you pay for.

The bay view room was stunning, making mornings special. The attentive staff truly stood out, especially Tonya at Choices restaurant, whose service enhanced our dining experience. While we loved the infinity pool, it was unfortunate that it was under maintenance during our visit, forcing us to use the A Loft pool instead. Also, there could have been more organic food options at the restaurants.

The elegant decor and spacious lobby made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. I appreciated the easy access to common areas, making it a pleasant experience for seniors like me to navigate.

More senior-friendly seating options would be beneficial.

i recently stayed for three nights and had an amazing experience. the infinity pool offered stunning views of old san juan, and the complimentary shuttle made it so easy to explore the area. the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

room lacked extra towels

The bay view room was stunning, seriously breathtaking! So much light and pretty views from the balcony. The room itself was clean and spacious enough for us. It's great that they have a microwave too. However, we did wish they had more towels available, and the bathroom could've benefited from more amenities. Still, the comfy bed made it easy to relax after a long day.

We loved the clean accommodations and the friendly staff. The complimentary shuttle made it easy to access nearby attractions. The bay view from our room was fine. Enjoyed the $70 credit at the pool bar, which was a nice touch! Overall a great experience. 🌴

The Sheraton provided an excellent experience during my stay. The staff was consistently friendly and attentive, ensuring all my business needs were met. I appreciated the well-equipped business center, which facilitated my meetings, and the clean, well-appointed room, which allowed for a productive environment. Additionally, the dining options on-site were varied and high-quality, making every meal enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the infinity pool with an awesome view of Old San Juan and the delicious Puerto Rican food at the restaurant. Our room had a fantastic bay view, and it was absolutely beautiful!

The pool area offers a fantastic oversized jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hotel's central location allows for easy access to the vibrant streets of Old San Juan, definitely a bonus for explorers.

Prices in the on-site café are steep. a small cup of fruit runs $6.50 while a slice of cake starts at $10. The room could use more towel options. I missed some extras that would have enhanced my comfort. It’s a bit concerning that not all amenities seemed fully operational during my stay, which left me wanting more variety.

Would definitely recommend for a fleeting stay
